  • Beyond the benefits of naturally occurring antioxidants, polyphenols, and L-theanine, a cup of tea can make you feel hydrated, more alert, and focused.

  • Boil 4 cups water and steep 4–6 tea bags for 5–10 mins. Remove bags, sweeten if you like. Let the tea cool to room temperature, then stir in 4 cups cold water. Refrigerate until chilled, and serve over ice with lemon slices or fresh mint for garnish.
