What are the origins of white tea?
White tea originated in China and has been sipped for thousands of years. It is traditionally grown in the Fujian province of China. While some other tea growing regions have begun producing white tea, we are proud to offer 100% White Tea that is still grown in the beautiful Fujian province.

Does white tea have caffeine?
White tea is low in caffeine. It is the least processed of all tea varietals and retains more of its antioxidants, known as polyphenols. Discover tea in its most natural state and raise a cup to good health.

How to steep white tea?
Heat water to 180*F. Use one tea bag or one teaspoon of loose tea per 6 oz of water. Steep for 30 to 60 seconds if using a tea bag, or 2 to 3 minutes for loose leaves. For iced tea, double the amount of tea, let it cool and pour over ice.
